From a young age, Dr. Andrea Schmidt knew she wanted to be a dentist. Striving for greatness, she graduated from one of the top 3 dental schools in the country. She decided she wanted to create a practice that truly understood patient’s needs while delivering unmatched results with precision technology.
Philosophy
She is dedicated to a biomimetic approach, which is a minimally invasive, evidence-based approach designed to conserve the health of the natural tooth structure. Combining biomimetics with her passion for cosmetic dentistry, she creates precise, comfortable treatments with beautiful, functional results. With her patient’s best interests at heart, she won’t stop until their smile is absolutely perfect.

Remi is a sweet and energetic Mini Aussie who brings excitement wherever she goes! She's always full of life and loves meeting new people - sometimes she gets so excited that she can’t help but bark to say hello. Despite her noisy greetings, Remi’s affection and playful spirit make her irresistible.

Poppy’s story is nothing short of incredible - she was rescued as a baby from the meat markets in China. Now, she’s a bundle of energy who absolutely can’t sit still! Obsessed with playing fetch, Poppy’s favorite activity is running after her ball, ready for endless rounds of fun.
Courtney
Courtney holds a degree in Economics and began her career in the dental industry during college. With a wealth of clinical and administrative experience, she has served in various roles in the clinic and office administration. Courtney's specialty is dental insurance but she has a passion for digital dentistry and advancing technology in the field, Courtney is committed to helping the practice thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, entertaining friends at home, and traveling.
Samantha
Say hello to Samantha, our warm and friendly hygienist who brings her Virginia charm and infectious smile to every patient she meets. Married to Jon, a firefighter, Samantha’s heart is full with their sweet baby girl, Adelyn, and their playful pup, Bruce. Her passion for dentistry shines through in her commitment to preventive care - Samantha loves empowering our patients by finding the best ways to keep potential dental issues at bay. A lifelong learner, she’s always attending continuing education courses to ensure our patients benefit from the latest advancements in the field. With her gentle touch and genuine approach, Samantha strives to make every visit both educational and enjoyable, helping you maintain your brightest, healthiest smile.
SHAYLEE
Meet Shaylee, our vibrant and adventurous hygienist who brings her passion for health and wellness straight from her Pennsylvania roots. As a former competitive gymnast and enthusiastic Pickleball player, Shaylee’s drive for excellence extends beyond sports and into her career. Engaged to her high school sweetheart, Noah, she’s now exploring the best of Colorado’s mountains and adventures when she’s not delivering exceptional patient care. Shaylee is dedicated to staying at the forefront of dental hygiene, currently diving into advanced laser technology to provide the most cutting-edge services to her patients. Her energy, compassion, and commitment to innovation make her an exciting addition to our team, ensuring you receive not just care - but the very best in dental health.

Sophia is our dedicated Treatment Coordinator with a unique blend of skills and passions. Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, and a proud Michigan fan, she holds a degree in Computer Science from Tufts University and is also a certified EMT. Sophia is deeply committed to advocating for individuals in healthcare, with a particular focus on supporting trans persons in medical settings. Her compassionate nature stems from her experience as a caretaker for her grandparents. Outside of the office, Sophia is a talented Bluegrass fiddle player and enjoys attending live music shows. She also loves to hit the slopes and ski during her free time.
megan
Megan has been a dental assistant since 2016 and has extensive experience in full-mouth cases. She loves making patients feel comfortable and even bringing a little fun to their visits. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her baking, exploring new places, or enjoying live music.
lindsey
Lindsey has been a dedicated dental assistant since 2018, providing excellent patient care and support. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, running marathons, and working out. She shares her adventures with her fiancé, Brody, and their lab, Oden.
